Hi, my name is Jennifer!

Born and raised in Berlin, after studying Economics and Business Management, climbing up the corporate ladder at maximum speed, I decided to make a change and moved to Paris. I was burnt out by the high-achieving life I created around me - running after money and power - and needed a break. No emails, no alarm clock and no rush!
Traveling the world brought both joy and inspiration back into my life and yoga helped me to reconnect to myself through awareness of body and mind. My healing journey began with my first yoga class back in 2016 and I am learning new tools every day. With that growing awareness, I had a closer look at my chronic auto-immune health conditions (eczema, migraines, chronic fatigue) and with changing my diet to a 100% plant-based diet, my eczema disappeared within 8 weeks. I started to see food as medicine.

Being vegan since 2014, I am happy to share my knowledge and assist you to find more joy and balance in your life. In my recipe section you will find my favorite, delicious meals, snacks and drinks that will not only satisfy your taste buds, but also nourish your body and mind with plenty of healthy nutrients and vitamins. I am currently studying at Ecodemy to become a licensed Vegan Nutritionist.

Throughout the year, I give yoga retreats with my husband Ben Beirs and we are so proud that our Emaho Yoga Retreats family is growing with every retreat. Being a classically-trained guitarist and an expert in meditation, Ben brought a new approach of discipline into my life and is the yang to my yin.

I love to work 1:1 but also offer group classes in Berlin. In my 1:1 sessions, I specialised on yoga therapy, helping you to lower your stress level, navigate through a burn out and/or come back to a healthy work-life-balance, with a personalised plan, tailored to your needs. If you are struggling with long-covid and/or CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), I am happy to help you, since I have been there myself and found a way out of it.

Since June 2023, I am an ambassador of the lululemon store City-West at Ku’Damm and love their values of building a community where we can share our paths and grow together. Watch out for community events throughout the year and sign up via my newsletter to stay up-to-date with other workshops and special events.

I am looking forward to working with you!

With Love,
Jennifer

I choose to be kind.
I choose to be compassionate.
I choose to be happy.

My recommendations for you

Yoga props:

Lotuscrafts (save 10% with “YOGA10”) has everything you need to support your yoga and meditation practice.
Here are our favourites, we use on a daily basis:
A bolster, 2 cork blocks and a belt. If you haven’t any of these props yet, you can get their bundle, where you can mix and match your colors of choice. We also have 4 blankets and use them to support us in shoulder stand or other asanas where your body needs a gentle cushion, as a cover in our Restorative practice and in Savasana. We have all of the props in “Natur”. Our favourite yoga mat is the “Pure” Yoga Mat, which has just the right thickness and is non-slip, made in Spain.
We love Lotuscrafts for their use of fair, organic cotton and simple and beautiful designs, that do not distract yourself from your practice, but enhance it through simplicity.

Ritual cacao for your own cacao ceremony at home:

If you have been part of one of our cacao ceremonies, you have tasted the ritual cacao from Peru by CacaoLovesMe. It is heart-opening and warming and can be enjoyed before or after your yoga practice, depending on your intention, If you would like to organise your own cacao ceremony, or learn how to do it, get in touch and I’m happy to help!

Essential oils:

Maybe you have smelled them in one of my classes or during a massage, I only use the essential oils by dōTERRA due to their therapeutic-grade purity and quality. (Save 25% in following this link and sign up to the membership program)

Healy:

he frequency healing device, I use on a daily basis. Send me a message if you would like to know more or try it out.

Kitchen equipment:

Reishunger has the best rice cooker on the planet! I can only recommend it, since you have one less burner to look after and the cooker is handling it all, cooking and keeping it warm until you are ready to serve your meal.
